For a competitive monthly commission Habito Living will deal with any issues that may arise during the tenancy. Our Full Management service includes:

•   Tenant referencing, preparation of Tenancy Agreement
•   Rent Guarantee to cover up to 5 months rent (optional)
•   Rent Collection
•   Processing of Monthly Statements of Account
•   Inventory
•   Accompanied Check-in and Check-out
•   Day-to-Day management including repairs and tenant queries
•   Regular internal inspections
•   Deposit management through the DPS
